William J. Haid is an experienced commercial banking leader with more than two decades of expertise in business banking, relationship management, and delivering tailored financial solutions to growing companies. He currently serves as Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at Citizens Bank, where he advises businesses across key areas such as credit structuring, cash flow optimization, liquidity management, and treasury solutions.

Throughout his career, William has supported companies ranging from $5 million to $50 million in annual revenue, structuring credit facilities up to $25 million and developing strategic financial roadmaps aligned with long-term business goals. His consultative approach centers on understanding each client’s operational dynamics and customizing lending, payment, and deposit strategies that fuel sustained growth. His experience spans business acquisition financing, commercial mortgages, equipment and term lending, investment real estate financing, SBA lending, and comprehensive cash-management solutions.

Before joining Citizens Bank, William spent eight years as a Senior Relationship Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he focused on expanding and deepening commercial client relationships across the Cleveland/Akron region. His prior leadership roles include Vice President positions at Huntington National Bank and PNC, along with early-career experience at Charter One Bank—building a foundation of deep industry knowledge and a track record of client-focused execution across multiple banking institutions.

William holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University. He is also an engaged member of several professional and civic organizations. William lives in Hudson, Ohio with his wife Kristin and 2 children Brendan and Allison.
