During her time working in the employee benefits arena, Melanie has provided high level consultative services to hundreds of employer groups, working in tandem with HR leaders, CFO’s, COO’s and CEO’s to develop cost-effective benefit portfolios that are mutually attractive to employers and employees. Melanie aims to understand each client’s goals and understands that this is a key to developing tailored solutions that create successful and sustainable employee benefits offerings.
