Mark W. Boslett, CPA, CVA, CEPA, CMAP, & CM&AA has a dual background in both public accounting, and a CFO in industry. This skillset makes him unique in the fact that he can give his current clients the same information to help them grow their companies as he did, as the controller of the company, to the President and Board of Directors.

He has experience in several industries, including not-for-profit entities. From 1988 to the present he has served as president of MARK W. BOSLETT, INC. CPA, provider of financial reporting, tax compliance and budgeting services for small business clients. He specializes in providing controller-level functions for businesses too small to have a full-time person on staff. He is responsible for personal and corporate tax planning and preparation services. His strengths include the implementation and streamlining of systems that obtain time and cost savings and training of staff to be more effective. This added value to the business he worked for and saved them thousands of dollars over the years.

Mr. Boslett has over fifteen years of experience as a certified business valuation analyst for clients in many different industries and in many different states. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. He does business valuations for everything from buy-sell agreements and divorces to mergers and acquisitions and exit planning.

Mr. Boslett is a member of the Exit Planning Institute, Inc., specializing in Exit Planning for business owners and advisors since 2010. He is certified to form teams of highly trained professionals and use customized strategies that help business owners exit their businesses with the highest value possible.

Mr. Boslett is a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor and member of the Alliance of Mergers and Acquisitions advisors. He is certified to help clients buy and sell business and has been involved in several transactions for clients on both the buy and sell sides, including the purchase of his own business.

Mr. Boslett has served on many different boards of directors and advisory boards. He has served as corporate treasurer for two different companies.
