Margaret Jordan serves as a Director of Business Development at KIKO Company, working with estate attorneys, business consultants and commercial real estate brokers. With more than 15 years’ experience in business development strategy, lead generation, project management and revenue development, Margaret serves as an advisor and liaison to anyone who is preparing for, or experiencing, a liquidity event where they need to convert an asset to cash.

She works with Sarah McIntosh, KIKO’s Director of Business Development who works with banking, business consulting and financial clients.

Margaret currently serves on the board for the Association of Corporate Growth and is chair of ACG's Women in Transactions Committee. She earned her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law and her M.S. and B.A. from the University of Akron.

She lives in West Akron with her husband, John and five rescue chihuahuas.  Margaret is an avid reader and skilled baker and cook.  She and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors at their farm which is located in Ashland and Lorain counties. They spend their free time fishing, hunting, traveling and competing in shooting sports.
