Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Finance and Business Management from Xavier University, graduating Cum Laude. He holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB). He is passionate about strengthening Ohio and is actively involved in the community through board service and mentorship.
