Jim Keesey has assisted clients with their environmental consulting needs since 2011. A client’s consulting needs typically stem from a commercial real estate transaction. Mr. Keesey’s client-base includes, but is not limited to, lenders, property owners and sellers, institutions, architects, and construction companies. Mr. Keesey’s experience includes soil, ground water and soil- vapor investigations and delineations; Phase I Environmental Site Assessments; underground storage tank (UST) investigations, cleanups and removals; asbestos and lead-based paint inspections and operation and maintenance (O&M) plans; mold assessment; hazardous material building surveys; and, industrial hygiene monitoring.
