After relocating to Hudson, Ohio with my husband and two sons, I quickly connected with the entrepreneurial spirit of the community. That experience reinforced a belief that continues to guide my work today: when leadership improves, everything improves.

Through Elevare Leadership & Advisory, I work with business owners and leadership teams who want to become stronger leaders, build better teams, and create businesses that can grow without everything depending on them. I challenge leaders to think differently, strengthen accountability, and turn their vision into meaningful action.

With a background in executive leadership and finance at organizations including Raytheon, Flexjet, Core-Mark, Arrow International, and Covia, I bring a practical, results-driven perspective to the challenges business owners face every day.
