Bill, originally from the East Coast, settled in Ohio after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing at Kent State University. Bill is a former President of NOBBA and has been a long standing member for over two decades. Bill has continued to enhance his formal education through membership and affiliations in organizations such as the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), , the Institute of Certified Business Counselors (ICBC), the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors (AM&AA), the Mergers & Acquisitions Source (M&A Source), and the Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE).
