Taylor Evans, Founder and President of Rust Belt Recruiting, will address regional recruiting challenges, labor trends, and employer/employee resources available in Northeast Ohio. Taylor is renowned for his commitment to workforce development and community revitalization, serving on multiple boards and councils, including COSE’s Board of Advisors and the Greater Cleveland Partnership’s Board of Directors. Megan Kim, Senior Vice President of Membership Development and Marketing for the Greater Cleveland Partnership and Executive Director of COSE, will showcase the extensive resources COSE offers to support small businesses. With her vast experience in membership development, marketing, and program management, Megan will outline member benefits, networking opportunities, and events designed to help businesses thrive.
